When the question is bigger than one decision.
Sometimes you know you want to be in closer alignment with God, but you are not yet sure what that requires.
Maybe you are questioning whether your current role still fits. Maybe you are trying to sort through several possible directions. Maybe you are noticing patterns in the way you work or lead that you no longer want to continue. Or maybe you simply want a better understanding of how God has designed you and what that means for the choices in front of you.

The Personal Alignment Map is a personalized 1:1 experience that helps you look across the different factors shaping your work and leadership and see how they connect.
We’ll explore your alignment, your God-given design, the patterns influencing how you work and lead, and the possibilities that may be worth considering.
You won’t leave with someone else’s prescription for your career or leadership. You’ll leave with a stronger understanding of what may be influencing your alignment and practical direction for what to change, explore, or pursue as you discern with God.
The question you’re asking may not be the whole story.
You may be wondering:
Why is work taking so much out of me right now?
Should I stay in this role or explore something new?
Is there something about the way I’m working or leading that needs to change?
What am I really good at, and where could I use those strengths differently?
Is God leading me somewhere new, or asking me to see my current situation differently?
I have several good possibilities. How do I know which ones actually fit me best?
The answer rarely depends on just one thing.
Your strengths and gifts matter. So do your experiences, energy, values, responsibilities, working preferences, leadership patterns, and the realities of your life right now.
And sometimes our choices are influenced by things that are harder to recognize, like expectations, fear, performance, control, or the desire for approval.
The Personal Alignment Map helps you look across these factors together, discern with God, and identify what may be worth changing, exploring, or pursuing.
The Personal Alignment Map helps you see the connections.
Rather than looking at one score, one decision, or one issue in isolation, we’ll look across the factors shaping your experience and consider how they connect.
Your personalized Map will explore five areas:
Your Current Alignment
A look at where you are today, including areas that appear strong, places where tension may exist, and themes that stand out across your experience.
Patterns Shaping Your Experience
Themes, habits, assumptions, pressures, or recurring dynamics that may be influencing the way you work, lead, make decisions, or think about your future.
Your God-Given Design
A closer look at your strengths, gifts, values, energy, working preferences, experiences, and the ways you tend to contribute most naturally.
Possibilities for Greater Alignment
Personalized insight into changes, possibilities, roles, environments, or ways of working and leading that may better fit who God created you to be and where He may be leading you.
Practical Direction
Recommendations, questions to continue discerning with God, and practical steps that can help you begin responding to what you are learning.
The result is not a formula or a prescription for what you should do.
It is a personalized perspective designed to help you recognize connections you may have missed, narrow your focus, and make wiser decisions about how to respond.

Here’s how the Personal Alignment Map works.
Using your Alignment Wheel, guided intake, and two focused 1:1 conversations, we’ll look across the factors shaping your work and leadership and identify the themes, changes, or possibilities that appear most relevant.
1. Complete the Alignment Wheel + guided intake
Before your first conversation, you’ll complete the Alignment Wheel and a guided intake that explores what you’re navigating, the questions you’re working through, your work and leadership experience, and what you hope to understand.
2. 45-minute Mapping Session
We’ll have a focused 1:1 conversation to explore what is happening in your work, leadership, or career and dig more deeply into the themes, patterns, experiences, and possibilities that seem most relevant.
The goal is to move beyond the most obvious question and begin seeing how the different themes may connect.
3. Your Personal Alignment Map is created
Following the Mapping Session, I’ll bring together your Wheel results, intake, our conversation, and your work and leadership experience into your personalized Map.
The Map highlights key themes and connections, reflects what stands out in your God-given design, and identifies changes or possibilities that may be worth further consideration.
4. 45-minute Map Review Session
In a second 1:1 conversation, we’ll walk through your Map together, talk about what resonates or raises questions, and consider the changes, possibilities, or next steps you want to explore.
You’ll leave with a stronger understanding of what may be shaping your alignment and practical direction for how to respond as you continue discerning with God.
The goal is not simply insight. It’s knowing how to respond.
You’ll leave with a personalized understanding of how your work and leadership align with who God created you to be, what may be creating tension, and the changes or possibilities most worth considering.
You’ll gain:
- A stronger understanding of your current alignment, including where things appear healthy and where tension may exist.
- Greater insight into your God-given design, including the strengths, gifts, values, energy, and working preferences that may matter most in the choices ahead.
- Language for patterns that may be influencing your alignment, especially those shaping how you work, lead, make decisions, or think about success.
- Possibilities worth considering, whether that means making adjustments where you are, approaching your work or leadership differently, or exploring something new.
- Practical direction for how to respond, including priorities, possibilities, and questions to continue discerning with God.
Greater alignment can take many forms.
Sometimes the right response is a meaningful change. Sometimes it is seeing your current situation differently, changing the way you work or lead, or becoming more intentional about the choices already in front of you.
The Map is designed to help you discern what faithfulness may look like in your work and leadership and make wise choices in response.
