You may not need a different job. You may need a different way of working and leading.

You may be doing meaningful work and succeeding in your role while recognizing that some of the patterns shaping how you work and lead are no longer serving you or the people around you as well as you would like.
Maybe you take on too much, avoid hard conversations, push through on sheer effort, hold tightly to outcomes, or find that work is taking more from you than it used to.
Aligned at Work is a 3-week small-group experience for faith-led professionals who want to understand the patterns shaping the way they work and lead, become more deeply rooted in God, and make practical changes toward a healthier, more sustainable, more aligned way of working.
How we work can reveal what is driving us.
You can be responsible, committed, and genuinely trying to honor God while patterns in the way you work and lead begin to pull you out of alignment.
Maybe you:
- Take on more than is yours because letting go feels risky.
- Avoid a hard conversation because conflict feels uncomfortable.
- Keep pushing because slowing down feels like falling behind.
- Hold tightly to decisions or outcomes because uncertainty is hard to sit with.
- Keep doing what is practical and expected, even when you sense there may be a more faithful way to work or lead.
These patterns do not necessarily mean something is wrong with your job. But they may reveal where fear, pressure, performance, control, expectations, or habit are shaping the way you work and lead.
Aligned at Work creates space to notice those patterns, understand what may be driving them, bring them honestly to God, and begin practicing a different response.
Alignment is lived, not just understood.
Over three weeks, we’ll use the Alignment Wheel to explore what is rooting you, how you are stewarding the way you work and lead, and what it looks like to receive and enjoy the fruit of greater alignment with God.

Week 1: Tend the Roots
Foundations: Identity + Trust
We begin with what roots and anchors you. We’ll explore where your identity may be getting tangled with your work and what it looks like to trust God with your work, your responsibilities, and the outcomes you cannot control.
Week 2: Steward with Intention
Stewardship: Growth + Energy + Significance + Integration
Next, we look at four areas of your work and leadership that require ongoing stewardship.
Where are you growing? What is giving you energy, and what is draining it? Are you investing yourself in work that matters? And how is your faith shaping the way you work, decide, and lead?
We cannot control every circumstance. But we can pay attention, make wise trade-offs, and discern how to respond faithfully to what God has entrusted to us.
Week 3: Receive the Fruit
Fruit: Joy + Peace
Finally, we look at the fruit.
Joy and peace are fruit we cannot manufacture. They are produced in us as we live in alignment with God. Even when circumstances are difficult, we can receive and enjoy that fruit.
Where are joy and peace present? Where are they harder to find? And what might that help you understand about the way you are working and leading?
You’ll bring what you have noticed across all three weeks together and identify practical changes you want to begin making.
Simple structure. Meaningful work.
Aligned at Work is designed to create enough space for honest reflection, meaningful conversation, and practical change without adding another overwhelming commitment to your calendar.
Three 90-minute small-group sessions
We meet once a week for three weeks, with each session building on the one before it.
Start with your Alignment Wheel
Before the first session, you’ll complete the Alignment Wheel and a few reflection questions so you arrive with a useful starting point for the work we’ll do together.
Reflect and apply between sessions
You’ll have simple prompts and opportunities to notice what is happening in your real work and leadership between our conversations. The goal is not heavy homework. It is to connect what we are exploring to the work you are actually doing.
Learn in a small group
The experience is intentionally kept small enough for meaningful conversation, reflection, and learning from one another, whether we meet virtually or in person.
Build your Alignment Response
Across the three weeks, you’ll capture what you are learning and the changes you want to make, bringing them together into a simple Alignment Response you can continue putting into practice after the experience ends.
