For years, I believed hard work, achievement, and the next career milestone would eventually make me feel secure and fulfilled. God used success, disappointment, burnout, surrender, and plenty of unexpected turns to show me a different way.
The Story Behind the Work
For much of my life, I believed that performing was the path to approval. That drive helped me build a successful corporate career, lead teams, grow and sell a business, and accomplish things I was proud of.
But over time, God began showing me that the tension I felt in my work was connected to something deeper: patterns of striving, control, fear, and identity that had shaped far more than my career.
That realization changed how I lead and coach.
Today, I help people look beneath the surface of what feels off in their work, connect the dots between their career challenges and the deeper patterns influencing them, and discern what God may be inviting them into next.
I bring real-world leadership and business experience, practical tools, and a faith-led perspective to create a space where people can be honest, feel understood, and move forward with clarity, wisdom, and trust.
