Helping you navigate the decisions, challenges, and transitions ahead of you.
You may be leading an organization, building a business, facing a significant career transition, or simply finding that your role is asking more of you as a leader.
You are capable. People trust you. And often, you are the one others turn to for direction.

Investing in you.
Who helps you think through the hard decisions, challenge your assumptions, sort through competing priorities, or recognize when fear, pressure, expectations, or your own ambition may be influencing the way you respond?
And who gives you space to bring both practical wisdom and God’s leadership into the questions you are facing?
1:1 Leadership & Career Coaching gives you an experienced thought partner for the real decisions, challenges, opportunities, and transitions in front of you.
Together, we’ll work on what is most important right now, combining honest conversation, strategic thinking, practical action, accountability, and discernment with God so you can lead with greater wisdom and intention.
The more responsibility you carry, the fewer places you may have to think out loud.
You may have a team, colleagues, a board, friends, or people you regularly turn to for advice.
But those relationships do not always give you a place to say what you are really thinking, wrestle honestly with a difficult decision, or identify what you may not yet be seeing on your own.
Maybe you are leading through conflict or change. Maybe your organization is growing and your leadership needs to grow with it. Maybe you are facing a career decision that could significantly change your direction. Or maybe you know that some of the ways you have been leading, working, or making decisions need to mature.
And sometimes the challenge is not simply figuring out the smartest answer.
It is recognizing what fear, pressure, ego, expectations, or the need for control may be adding to the situation, while also paying attention to practical realities and God’s leadership.
1:1 coaching gives you a consistent place to bring all of it together: the practical challenge in front of you, the leader you are becoming, and the deeper dynamics shaping how you respond.
Bring the real questions you’re navigating.
Coaching is shaped around what is happening in your work and leadership right now.
Some seasons call for strategic thinking or deeper discernment. Others require a hard conversation, a career decision, a shift in how you are leading, or simply experienced eyes on something practical you are trying to get right.
The work often falls into a few areas:
Leadership
People and team dynamics, conflict, difficult conversations, delegation, influence, organizational change, and the leadership growth required as your responsibilities expand.
Career & Transition
Career decisions, new opportunities, unexpected transitions, changing direction, or a growing sense that God may be leading you into something different.
Alignment
The ways you are working and leading, including patterns around performance, control, identity, boundaries, energy, priorities, or expectations that may be influencing how you show up.
Strategy, Decisions & Execution
Complex choices, organizational or business priorities, competing demands, growth opportunities, and what needs focus now versus later.
Sometimes that also means getting practical input on the work itself, from a job description or hiring decision to a board presentation, strategic plan, or important communication.
The specifics may change from session to session. There is no predetermined curriculum. Coaching gives you a dedicated place to think well, discern with God, make wise decisions, get practical input when you need it, and follow through on what you decide.
When the decisions matter, experience matters.
Sometimes you need space to think out loud. Sometimes you need someone to ask the question you have been avoiding, challenge an assumption, help you see another option, or tell you when your plan may not be as strong as you think it is.
And sometimes you need someone who understands the realities of the decisions you are making because she has faced many of them herself.
Ann brings decades of experience across the corporate world, starting, scaling, and selling a business, consulting, developing thought leadership, and leading through growth and organizational change.
That breadth allows the coaching to move easily between the strategic and the personal, the practical issue in front of you and the deeper dynamics that may be influencing how you respond.

You can expect coaching that is:
Honest
You’ll be encouraged, but you’ll also be challenged when that is what will serve you best.
Practical
Conversations move toward decisions, priorities, action, and
Strategic
You’ll have an experienced partner who can help you see implications, connect dots, and think beyond the most obvious answer.
Faith-led
God is invited into the real questions you are facing, without replacing practical wisdom with simplistic spiritual answers.
The goal is not for Ann to make your decisions for you. It is to help you become wiser and more confident in the way you make them.

From shaping our culture and strategy to challenging us to grow as owners and leaders, she’s helped us face hard truths, lead with courage, and make smarter decisions. Our business and our leadership are stronger because of her, and we’re deeply grateful for the impact she’s had.”
Ongoing support for the work that matters most.

1:1 Leadership & Career Coaching begins with an initial three-month engagement. Most clients meet twice each month.
That initial period gives us enough time to move beyond a single issue, work through decisions and challenges as they unfold, and build momentum around the changes you want to make.
There is no predetermined curriculum. Each conversation is shaped around what is most important in your work, leadership, business, or career at that point in time.
One session may focus on a difficult people decision. Another may center on a career opportunity, strategic priority, leadership challenge, or something deeper influencing the way you are working and leading.
Across the coaching relationship, we’ll keep returning to important questions: What needs your focus? What is influencing the way you are responding? Where is God leading? What needs to change? And what have you committed to do?
That continuity creates space not only to make good decisions, but to follow through, learn from what happens, and keep growing as new challenges and opportunities emerge.
Many clients choose to continue coaching beyond the initial three months as new leadership, business, or career questions arise.
Client Perspective
“I went into this career coaching thinking that the ‘faith lens’ was just an added bonus. But this experience has been so much more. It’s been a spiritual awakening, showing me that when you’re set spiritually, the career stuff will come. Ann’s coaching has changed the trajectory of my career and my life. I am so grateful.”
